John Abdulai Jinapor (MP), on behalf of President John Dramani Mahama, delivered the opening address at the 2nd Edition of the Africa Energy Technology Conference (AETC) 2025, calling for a radical shift in how Africa approaches its energy future.
Accra, May 26, 2025 — The Deputy Minister for Energy and Green Transition, Hon. Richard Gyan-Mensah, has underscored the country’s unwavering commitment to accelerating energy access and implementing urgent sector reforms.
He made these remarks during his keynote address at the Mission 300 Ghana Compact Review Workshop at the Best Western Hotel in Accra.

Earlier today, the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) paid a courtesy call on the Minister for Energy and Green Transition, Hon. John Abdulai Jinapor.

Tuesday, 13th May 2025. The Ghana Energy Awards team paid a courtesy call on the Minister for Energy and Green Transition, Hon. John Abdulai Jinapor, at the Ministry in Accra.
